APGB or the Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank has been offering several solutions for marginal and small farmers in the country in addition to customers from all sections of society. Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank has already launched its campaign for home loans from the 1st of January, 2018 and this will run till the 28th of February, 2018. The bank has already started this loan mela across its offices in the country.
Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank is organizing this loan mela in order to help all customers fulfill their aspirations of buying and owning their own homes. There would also be loans given for renovating/repairing a home and purchasing a home and interest rates will be kept low at 8.45% in case of loans up to Rs. 50 lakh and more.
APGB has also confirmed Rs. 2.67 lakh as an interest waiver under the PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) scheme for the development of homes in towns or villages and Rs. 7.5 lakh minus filing tax returns. APGB account holders are also being encouraged to apply for this scheme. Immediate loans have already been sanctioned by the financial institution to people who come from Ramachandra Nagar and Medical College. Loans up to Rs. 50 lakh have already been sanctioned for the development of 5 new homes in this region according to bank officials.
